Is my store account the same as my revelationwellness.org ministry account?
No, our store platform operates independently of main ministry website platform. You will need to create a new user account at shop.revelationwellness.org or checkout as a guest.
Where do I find the Instructor Discount Code?
The active instructor discount code is located in the Instructor Portal in Instructor Central/Resources.
My bulk discount won't apply at checkout.
Bulk discounts (typically available on stickers & pens) cannot be combined with Instructor Discount codes. You must choose one or the other on a single order.
NEW!: Multiple product discount codes may be applied on a single order, however discounts do not stack on individual items. Instead, the best discount will apply to any single item.
When will my order ship?
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed by Noon CT will ship the same business day. Orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Monday. Select items (print-on-demand items, journals, and yoga mats) take additional days to process and ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, in-stock merchandise and journals will ship via USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Please note, Revelation Wellness does not collect or assess import duties or taxes that may be required by the destination country. *Customers should know their country's import duty/tax laws and plan to pay accordingly.*
We regret that we no longer ship to the EU, UK, and Norway due to new regulations, duties and customs fees, effective January 1, 2021.
Where is my journal? It wasn't included with the rest of the items in my order.
Journals are shipped via USPS Media Mail directly from our vendor partner in 1-2 business days. They will arrive separately from the package shipped from the store. Tracking will be emailed upon shipment. Please note that Media Mail takes 2-10 days in transit.
I ordered a yoga mat and it has not arrived yet.
Our yoga mats are made-to-order and shipped directly to you from our vendor. They ship in 5-7 business days. Tracking will be emailed upon shipment.
